Reservations Policy

          Reservations are required for the monthly FRCSC luncheons to ensure that everyone receives the meal of their choice. Below you will find guidelines for making reservations, cancellations and luncheon payments.
          As a courtesy and so everyone can enjoy the luncheons, we ask that you please make childcare arrangements for children over three months of age.
          Reservations should be made by 7 pm on the Monday prior to the luncheon. To obtain reservations, please call Christin James at (334) 328-3433 or email . Please do not call Aviators Landing directly.
          Reservations made after the 7 pm deadline will be placed on a waiting list. Those on the waiting list will be filled on a first come first served basis if any cancellations are received or if there are any no-shows at the luncheon.
          If you come to the luncheon without a reservation you must wait to see if seating is available. We will make every effort to seat you. Cancellations must be called in by 7 pm on the Monday prior to the luncheon. If a member does not cancel by the deadline they are responsible for paying their luncheon bill.
          Payment for your meal can be made on the day of the luncheon by cash or check or through this website. The FRCSC is charged for those with reservations that fail to attend and this charge is billed to the individual. Those who fail to pay their bill will be unable to make a reservation for subsequent luncheons until their outstanding bill is paid.
          Permanent Reservations are available for your convenience. The main meal is automatically selected each month. Should you wish to make another meal selection or to cancel your reservation, call by 7 pm on the Monday prior to the luncheon to avoid billing.
          Guests are always welcome at FRCSC functions. If a guest is eligible for FRCSC Membership, he or she may only be a guest once during the year, but may join at any time.
          Guests also follow the reservation guidelines as stated above. If your guest fails to cancel by the deadline or does not attend a luncheon for which you made their reservation, you are responsible for the payment of their meal.
